The only hardware that is included what pictured. All the measurements I took from rails matched to 26 rail in manual. I converted my inch measurements to millimeters using an on-line conversion program and all the were within reason of. 4 brackets 8 bracket screws the adjust from to 33 as shown in pictures.

There were only two screws on each rail from the servers I took these off of. Includes the following: 2 rails 4 server to rail mounting screws - note: manual states use a minimum of 3 mount inner chassis.
